Bulgaria could even learn from BCLC

bulgarian mapIt’s hard to tell whether the Bulgarian government are being serious with their proposals for gambling regulation, or making some sick and twisted attempt at humour, such is the legislation being submitted.

The law proposes that any company wanting to operate within its borders will have to open an office in each of the countries 28 provinces, includes no clauses on fraud protection, age verification, or gambling education programs. As well as this any companies looking to advertise their gambling services will be given the finger and told where to get off. It comes to something when you begin to think BCLC might even be able to teach someone. Read more.
