Swisher edges Youkilis in Allstar voting

The MLB is calling it the closest allstar balloting race in history as Nick Swisher just barely edged out Kevin Youkilis for final spot on the AL allstar team. Swisher should be thanking the New York fans who rallied in the last two days to push the Yankee outfielder through. On the National League side, wrongs have been righted, Votto is in. But as always in any close race, there are those who aren’t exactly pleased with the Red Sox nation. Read more.
