After the nonsense of the Tavistock Cup last week (seriously, was it Medal Play, Match Play, Stableford, Texas Scramble? And who the fuck are Lake Nona and Isleworth anyway?) it’s back to the sanity of the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill this week. With the Masters just two weeks away everyone’s looking to warm up for Augusta in style and with Tiger Woods out of the reckoning for the time being there are several contenders for the Florida showdown. Tim Richards fancies Nick Watney, Freddy Jacobson, Rickie Fowler and Jonathan Byrd while Retief Goosen and Sean O’Hair have more than decent credentials. Read more.
