In a 12-page resolution Senior Assistant City Prosecutor Francisco Salomon said that Okada’s conflicting statements regarding his claim of ownership of Okada Holdings Limited, Universal Entertainment Corporation, Tiger Resort Asia Limited and TRLEI are not enough to sustain a perjury charge. Though a small win, it could help Okada curry favor from sympathizers.
