After paying a measly fine and facing an administrative case, Google finally succumbed to the pressure of the Russian government and initiated the removal of “prohibited internet resources” from its search results. The blacklisted domains, which were collected by Russian telecom watchdog Roskomnadzor, include online gambling sites.
