New HTML5 game takes players on a journey through calm and clear waters to big prize pools
14 February, 2017 – Quality slots and table games provider Habanero is taking players on a tranquil and serene journey up-stream in latest slots release, Koi Gate.
The five reel, three row, fixed 18-line slot is based on the Chinese legend in which a Koi fish swims through waterfalls and other obstacles to reach the top of the mountain.
Once he arrives at the end of his journey, the legendary creature transforms into a beautiful yet powerful dragon.
Players are immersed in the calm and clear waters via the game’s stunning graphics and animations, and soothing soundtrack.
To keep the flow calm and gentle there are no free games, just a respin feature. Koi Gate is still fast-paced and fun, with players frequently rewarded and big wins occurring often.
The fully cross-platform game has been developed in HTML5 and offers a seamless experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
Daniel Long, Head of Sales at Habanero, said: “This is our most visually stunning game to date. The design is simply outstanding. But much like the Koi fish, it is all about the flow which is why we have devised a simpler math formula than is the norm for our games.
“This comes together to give Koi Gate a zen-like quality that will help it appeal to players in both Eastern and Western markets.”
Koi Gate comes hot on the heels of a number of blockbuster titles from Habanero, including Fire Rooster, Jugglenaut, Fenghuang, Oceans Call, and 12 Zodiacs.
It joins their stable of now over 70 video slots titles, six table games, and 10 video poker titles, which are integrated into over 35 operators and available in 20 languages, including, beside English, twelve European and seven Asian ones.
