888Poker release the minutiae of the heads-up grudge match between Will Kassouf and Stacy Matuson, and Jonathan Van Fleet takes down the 888 Super XL Series High Roller.
888Poker has released further details of the ‘Grudge Match’ between William Kassouf and Stacy Matuson.
The pair will face off in a best of three heads-up matches at the 888Live King’s Festival, in the King’s Casino, Rozvadov, Czech Republic. There is no money on the line, but the winner will walk away with a ‘one of a kind trophy.’
Each player will begin with 5,000 chips per match. They will have a one-minute shot clock imposed upon them with a ten-minute time bank for every match.
The blinds will increase every 12-minutes.
Here is the structure.

Level 3 – 75/150
Level 4 – 125/250
Level 5 – 200/400
Level 6 – 300/600
Level 7 – 400/800
Level 8 – 500/1000
The action will take place February 2, and you have three different ways to watch the action.

He is the most talked about star in world poker thanks to his appearances on ESPN at the World Series of Poker (WSOP), and that won’t change even if Matuson takes him apart.

Jonathan ‘chut_up’ Van Fleet Wins Super XL Series Main Event
Jonathan ‘chut-up’ Van Fleet, has taken down the $2,100 High Roller online at the 888Poker Super XL Series.
Van Fleet defeated 203 entrants, including a final table that hosted the likes of Marton ‘WorldIsOurs’ Czuczor (5th) and former European Poker Tour (EPT) Main Event winner, Frederik ‘Poeletyv’ Jensen (6th).
The man is an online monster with close to $8m in online multi-table tournament (MTT) winnings, $5.2m of which he has won playing on PokerStars as his more familiar name of apestyles.
Van Fleet defeated another MTT monster in heads-up action to take the $87,290 first prize. Fabrizio “DrMiKee” Gonzalez, who finished second for $62,930, has won over $4.8m in online MTTs, the vast majority of which ($3.8m) he has won playing on PokerStars under the pseudonym SixthSenSe19.

In other Super XL Series news, the $5m Guarantee is surely going to crack after all of the guarantees were met throughout the action during the first six days. 888 Ambassador, Chris Moorman, made the final table of the first event finishing ninth; curioso24 of Peru came close to winning a $100k bonus when he made the final table of the SuperXL Twin Events #4 & #5 finishing fourth and eighth respectively. 888 gave him a free ticket for the $1,050 Main Event as a reward for his close shave.
Adrian “ADRI_ATM” Mateos took down Event #13 for $34,524, and Fabrizio ‘DrMiKee’ Gonzalez is having a beautiful series with three final table appearances.
