In another first for the Bodog Brand, the company’s Asian facing licensee will become the first part of the group to offer UK Tote betting. An agreement has been reached that will see Bodog88.com offer pool betting on UK horseracing thanks to a deal between Totepool Alderney Limited and BodogBrand.com. The terms of the agreement will allow Bodog88’s Asian customer base to bet on all markets offered by the UK’s Tote including Scoop6 and Jackpot, which regularly pay out over £1m.
Upon signing the deal, Mick O’Connell from Totepool Alderney Ltd commented “We’re delighted to be teaming up with the Bodog brand and look forward to giving their customers access to the wide range of exciting pool betting opportunities we have to offer on UK horse racing”
Totepool Alderney operates in Guernsey under license from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and it’s hoped the product will also be extended to Bodog Europe so that European and Canadian customers can also benefit via Bodog.co.uk and Bodog.ca.
A Bodog Spokesperson commented: “Providing the Tote pools to the Asian market is a huge step for the Bodog brand and also highlights the entrepreneurial nature of the Tote’s approach to their product.”
Bodog.co.uk is also continuing to offer odds on which Premier League footballer had his wicked way with former-Big Brother star Imogen Thomas. It’s been a couple of weeks since the allegations were first brought to the public’s attention and Welsh wing wizard Ryan Giggs is still out in front at 1/10.
