No Cheerleaders at the Super Bowl, Bodog to the Rescue!

Cowboys Cheerleaders

Cowboys CheerleadersThere will be no cheerleaders at Super Bowl XLV on February 6. Neither the Steelers nor the Green Bay Packers will have a set of pom-pom hotties cheering them on in Dallas.

The Pittsburgh Steelers don’t have Cheerleaders, they blame it on tradition but I would speculate it might have something to do with the limited talent level in the Steel City. If you’re a talented lass from Pittsburgh, please feel free to refute my claim with pictures, videos or perfumed letters.

The Green Bay Packers don’t have an official cheer team but since 1980, St. Norbert College and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay have filled in admirably.

Out of respect for the Steelers uptight ways, the Packers have told the young nubile college girls from Green Bay that they won’t be joining the team at the Super Bowl in Dallas.

The UW-Green Bay Cheer Coach said that when the team attended the Packers back-to-back Super Bowl appearances in the 1990s, the squad had to raise their own funds to attend football’s biggest game.

The irony of course is that this game will be played in Dallas, home to some of the best cheerleading talent in the world. Perhaps Jerry Jones can give the Packers and Steelers a few loaners for Super Bowl XLV.

If sanity doesn’t prevail at the big game, we can always look to our friends at Bodog.com for a big assist. They saw a Super Bowl void of cheerleaders and did what they could to ensure the fellas had a bit of football related eye candy.

Check out their Bodog Babes Website for some talent and some insiders betting information into Super Bowl XLV.

Just a warning, the link says Not Safe For Work, so if you work in an uptight office that isn’t cool with hot women talking football, wrestling and showing a bit of A LOT of skin, then you probably should wait until you get home to check out the Bodog Babes link. Thankfully, we don’t work at such a place.
