Former insurance and securities agent Samuel McMaster Jr committed 26 felonies, in relation to a complex securities fraud, and has been ordered to repay his victims to the tune of $7,500 per month. As he hasn’t won the lottery recently the money will come from his occupation – a professional gambler.
