He’s fronting the Chinese Government’s bid for English Premier League club Liverpool, which comes a step closer following the sale of their Morgan Stanley shares, and gives the company a shot at their longer term strategy of purchasing Bodog.co.uk in order to place bets on their own Premier League plaything.
