Last year it was Lewis Hamilton who got in hot water for following team orders at the Australian grand prix and then fibbing about it. Yesterday it was Ferrari’s turn, getting caught giving team orders to race leader Felipe Massa yesterday, telling him, in a very unsubtle coded message, to let Fernando Alonso overtake him to win the German grand prix.
