In a style reminiscent of Gary Cooper or Jimmy Stewart, Donovan offhandedly described how bad calls by officials presented the U.S. team with a choice: moan about it or get on with it. So they got on with it, the team is going on to the next round and half of America is trying to book seats on the bandwagon.
