Cereus plugs security holes, but Negreanu ain’t buying it

After widely-discussed security issues saw the Cereus poker network slip from sixth to ninth place on PokerScout.com’s rankings, Cereus has regained its former chart position, although it’s not entirely clear that this is due to the return of players who abandoned the site when the security issues became known. One player in particular, PokerStars’ Daniel Negreanu, is certainly not in a ‘forgive and forget’ mood, commenting on his blog that Cereus is “just a bad apple in our poker community and I couldn’t imagine supporting them in any way.” Geez, Danny… Don’t sugarcoat it, tell us how you really feel.
