What’s in a name? Plenty, if you ask MGM Mirage, which is seeking permission from shareholders to change its name to MGM Resorts International. Or maybe they’ll do like Prince and change their name to an unpronounceable symbol. And is it just a coincidence that MGM just finished raffling off a billion dollars of its debt to raise some liquid cash?
