RGA and EGBA complain to Europe over Belgian gambling protectionism

The Remote Gambling Association (RGA) and the European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA) have joined forces to lodge a complaint to the European Commission about the Belgians – and with good cause. Their wine is shit, they reckon moules et frites is some sort of delicacy and they brought us Jean-Claude Van Damme. On top of that, they have forced through protectionist online gambling legislation that doesn’t comply with EU law. Let’s hope that the RGA and EGBA fair better than Ladbrokes did in Holland. On the plus side, at least the dictator-loving Louis Michel is no longer in the way. Read more.
