Virgin Gaming does end-run around UIGEA restrictions

So, does Virgin founder Richard Branson have naked photos of Jon Kyl, or what? I mean, his new Virgin Gaming site will be offering U.S.-based console gamers the chance to play head to head for cash prizes while the house takes a 12% rake. Forgive us for pointing out the obvious, but how is this different from online poker? Branson’s minions are even offering the same arguments (gaming is based on skill, not luck) that have previously been so soundly rejected by U.S. legislators and judges when offered up by poker advocates.
