Illinois Communities To Accept Video Gambling Or Pay The Price
Illinois Senator Jacobs believes if communities don’t want gambling they should help pay for the state’s capital projects some other way, or even out of their own pocket. Look at it this way, at least when you gamble you have fun while losing your money.
