The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) is set to dismiss its lawsuit against embattled casino mogul Steve Wynn after the two camps reached a settlement. In an Associated Press report, the MGC said the deal would allow Wynn’s camp to access the findings of the commission’s report on the sexual assault allegations against the former Wynn Resorts CEO. However, the MGC reiterated that despite the settlement, it would still proceed with a public hearing on the future of Wynn Resorts’ $2b Encore Boston Harbor.
