Kazuo Okada’s push to reclaim his seat at Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, Inc. (TRLEI) has hit a snag after a Manila court ruled that his complaint has exceeded the allowable filing period provided by Philippine law. The Court found that Okada filed his case approximately one year and two months after his alleged removal, which is way beyond the 15-day period where election protests in corporations should be made.
