The Story

The list of problems that the Wynn Resorts board has to face just got longer after a Nevada court judge allowed Kazuo Okada to go after the members of the board that ousted him in 2011.

The decision was made in light of admission of new evidence.

Okada’s camp was finally able to persuade Nevada District Court Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez to admit a previously sealed document which would supposedly prove that Wynn Resorts members connived to remove him. However, Okada was only allowed to go after those who voted to kick him out as a shareholder and director of Wynn Resorts.

The judge’s decision came after Steve Wynn stepped down as the CEO of Wynn Resorts after being accused of sexual harassment.
