The Miccosukee Indian Tribe doesn’t believe their members owe the IRS any income tax from the tribe’s gambling operations. Most Americans don’t believe they should pay taxes either but let’s face it, everyone does, and there’s only two major 3 letter words you never want associated with your name, HIV and IRS. The Miccosukee Indian Tribe is probably the only tribe in the US making money from gambling facilities that is keeping the IRS out of their pockets.
