Following a record breaking close to Q3, Atemi, the U.K.’s leading super affiliate has almost tripled the size of its sports betting and igaming comparison business to a run rate of $37 million in annual revenue for 2019.
The company also entered three new regulated markets – the USA, Mexico and Portugal.
To continue facilitating the rapid organic expansion, Atemi has announced its move to a risk free commission model ahead of the Lisbon Affiliate Conference. “Operators simply will not pay for traffic that misses expected early KPI expectations in new markets.” said Manny Berndorfler, COO of atemi. “Starting with Portugal, we are taking all the risk on new deals by adopting this approach and remain supremely confident that we can deliver the highest ROI of any affiliate. We look forward to quickly building relationships with operators in these markets”.
Commenting on Atemi’s opening of a USA office in Q3, Manny said “The New Jersey market is really very different from anything else we have seen. A lot of the affiliate tracking technology isn’t very advanced, reporting is poor and search volumes are low compared to European markets, which have been exposed to iGaming for so long it’s become second nature for players to search for comparisons”.
