One of the largest benefits of attending GiGse, and now the co-located Social Gaming Summit (ScS), are the networking opportunities that come along with the conferences themselves.
Clarion offers GiGse and ScS attendees two types of networking scenarios, the shared coffee break and lunch encounters during the conference and the more casual evening encounters with a cocktail. Charlotte Cowdrey of Clarion told CalvinAyre.com, “This year we’ve combined the GiGse and ScS networking events to give delegates the opportunity to meet and socialise at the highest level, ensuring you don’t miss out on the chance to network with attendees to both conferences”.
Monday, April 22nd through Wednesday, April 24 in San Francisco, the host city of GiGse and ScS, there have been evening networking activities arranged for the benefit of all delegates.
First on the list is Clarion’s pre-GiGse drinks reception at 6pm on Monday evening at the hotel bar. This informal gathering will serve as a central meeting spot for anyone who fancies a pre-dinner drink and an opportunity to collect delegate passes in advance.

Should you wish to book your networking encounters in advance with other GiGse and ScS delegates, Clarion has developed a “Delegate Networking Tool” so you can make those connections prior to your San Fran arrival. This tool will become available to you after registration and will be accessible via hotel wifi throughout the conference.
