Iowa’s latest land-based casino has signed a deal that will see Konami Gaming supply a number of products. The Grand Falls Casino Resort that will open this summer signed the deal to use the Konami Casino Management System (KCMS). It will be rolled out across slot machines and table games and includes patron tracking, accounting, marketing campaigns and analytical reporting.
Joe Massa, Chief Operating Officer, Grand Falls Casino Resort, said: “Having undergone several rigorous selection processes involving casino management systems over the years, this is now the fourth time in a row that the superior business benefits of KCMS have won out over the competition.”
Grand Falls added KCMS partly due to its successful record at its sister property, the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort. That particular resort operates 1,226 machines and Konami has employed a similar system to the one that will be implemented at Grand Falls.

Iowa of course still hasn’t got massively closer to getting the thing that it so desires, which is regulated online intra-state poker. They’re now into a period where the state is researching even further into online poker and findings will be reported back in due course. Why don’t they just enlist the help of one of Konami’s favorites Solid Snake? I’m sure he could help matters with all his stealth tactics.
