1. Harry Kane

Now England’s main man up front and a Premier League legend with well over 100 goals, Kane is hot property, and his interview with Jamie Redknapp this week on Instagram hinted that he’s going to be looking at other clubs if Tottenham can’t match his own ambitions to be the very best he can be. With Kane already a supreme Premier League goalscorer, he may be tempted to stay in his home country’s league purely to have a crack at the record of 260 goals that Alan Shearer set as a target what seems a generation ago.

2. Jadon Sancho

Interest in the Borussia Dortmund wing-forward has been sky-high ever since the English youngster moved to the German Bundesliga from Manchester City. Sancho is now said to be itching for a return to his homeland, and will have no shortage of courting clubs, with Manchester United and Liverpool both said to be in the running to sign the assist king.

One pivotal point in negotiations may be game time, with Liverpool’s front three almost assured of starting every big game such is their simpatico style of knowing exactly where each other are on the football pitch.

While Manchester United look to be the front runners for Sancho’s signature, nothing is guaranteed and the summer is sure to be one where the England man is able to name his own price to swap the yellow of Borussia Dortmund for a different team’s colours.

3. Sadio Mane

Timo Werner may be on the way in at Liverpool, but if that transfer does happen – and Jurgen Klopp is understood to be a big fan – could that pave the way for Sadio Mane to make his Anfield exit?

The scourge of many Premier League clubs, former Southampton striker Mane is touted as being on Real Madrid’s radar. If that’s true, then there could be quite an auction, with none of the European superpowers wanting to miss out on the Senegalese striker.

4. Jude Bellingham

The Birmingham midfielder has made waves in The Championship and dominated games in central midfield despite being aged just 16. Now on the radar of teams like Manchester United and Chelsea in the Premier League and Borussia Dortmund on the continent, Bellingham is being tracked by more people than Jason Bourne was by the end of the trilogy.

Bellingham, said to be mature well beyond his years, is one of the hottest properties in English football and whoever he signs for will not be worrying about their midfield in the long term. The ticket price for such a wonderkid may well be the highest price for a teenager ever paid.

5. Paul Pogba

If Bellingham ends up at Old Trafford, it may well be because French World Cup winner Paul Pogba has left for either Real Madrid or Juventus. While Pogba has enjoyed some stellar moments in the claret of the Red Devils, he hasn’t been consistently one of their best players in any of the seasons he’s been there since he re-signed for the club.

The fact that Pogba could now depart to Juventus (his old club) or Real Madrid (where many United stars end up, such as David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo and Ruud Van Nistelrooy, hints that perhaps Alex Ferguson had an instinct that Pogba was more trouble than title-winner when he failed to blood him through the ranks. All the talent in the world hasn’t made Pogba the best player on the planet.

6. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

The Arsenal frontman has been a ray of light in an otherwise shadow-dwelling season for The Gunners. Aubameyang, top scorer last season in the Premier League, hasn’t yet signed a new contract at the North London outfit, and while he may still do so, the next contract he signs is going to be his last big payday in his professional career.

We will find out this summer if the Gabonese goalscorer is looking to end his career by being potentially the only really big fish in a small London pond in the Europa League or whether he can finally achieve genuine success at the elite level he so cravenly wishes to participate at.

7. Saul Niguez

A transfer from complete left-field would be the La Liga legend Saul Niguez swapping the red and white of Atletico Madrid for a Premier League team. With all the top six likely to be interested, we might see a new transfer record for a Premier League player if Niguez makes the switch.

The talented Spaniash player would improve any midfield in world football and would be the major transfer coup of the summer should a club sign him.
