April 2017 – Prague – The organizers of Prague Gaming Summit have released a new press release about the new developments of the upcoming inaugural event. It has been a busy week over at the EEGEvents office and the team is really looking forward to giving you even more in detail news soon.
As you may know, the seminar type conference will take place between June 8-9 at Andel’s by Vienna House Prague and promises to bring together regulators, operators, affiliates and software providers in order to discuss the options of the newly regulated online gambling market of the Czech Republic.
Beside the careful examination of the current legal framework’s positive and negative aspect, the organizers have set the agenda to also target the Scandinavian and Baltic regions.
The first edition of the yearly Summit will also give way for the delegates to network with regulators, gaming experts, operators, software providers and investors.

Yancy Cottrill
Managing Director of Business Operations at NSoft, located in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He received his LL.M in International Business Law from Central European University.
Yancy, an American attorney licensed to practice law in the states of New York and North Dakota, oversees the legal department. He advises the management on legal issues and changes in legislation across all markets where NSoft is doing business.
Prior to joining NSoft, Yancy served as a staff attorney to the Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia, where he drafted legislation on a regular basis. Albeit his time on the islands, he has lived and worked primarily in post-communist emerging markets for the past 12 years.

Vojtěch Chloupek
Partner in the Czech Bird & Bird office and Head of the Intellectual Property, Tech & Comms and Media groups in Czech Republic and Slovakia
His expertise covers intellectual property (IP)/ information technology (IT) law, gaming and media law. He also regularly assists clients in connection with various data protection and related compliance matters, as well as competition law matters.
For the past 5+ years Vojtěch has been actively involved in advising gaming companies on a broad range of legal issues including provision of online system operations, preparation of contractual documentations, related licensing and regulatory matters as well as enforcement of intellectual property rights.
He is an author of the Czech chapter in Duisberg A., Picot H. The Law of Video and Computer Games and the Czech Chapter in 3rd edition of Thomson Reuters’ Gaming: A Global Guide from Practical Law.
Vojtěch has been repeatedly recognized as a leader in his field of expertise (Intellectual Property and Technology, Media & Telecommunications). He received ILO Client Choice Award 2014-2015 and was named WIPR Leader by World IP Review and IP Star by Managing IP (2016, 2017).
He is the President of LES Czech Republic and Slovakia, local representative of ITech Law and active member of ALAI. Vojtěch was also recently admitted as a member of IMGL (International Masters of Gaming Law).
