Mr. Fixit rolls out app for real-time betting tips

Popular football tipster Mr. Fixit is answering the growing demand for in-play betting tips with a new app that promises to deliver real-time betting tips to punters who bet using their mobile phones or tablets.

Mr. Fixit rolls out app for real-time betting tipsThe app is free and is designed to complement MrFixitsTips.co.uk, the betting community that has attracted more than 1.5 million unique visitors in 2015 and has more than 5,000 registered members.

With the app, users can receive notifications every time a new tip is posted, meaning they can place bets quicker and take advantage of better odds, which can often change in the run up to and during events.

The app will feature a ‘Daily Double’ as well as in-play tips on selected live matches, said Paul Jain, also known as Mr. Fixit. Mr. Fixit has been the resident football tipster at Scotland’s newspaper, the Daily Record, for over 20 years. In 2010, Jain launched his website, Mr. FixitsTips.co.uk, to provide betting advice on football. The site has grown organically since then and now features tips on a range of additional sports such as horse racing, golf and darts.

“On my website, I’ve seen a growing demand from members who want my tips ‘pushed’ to them so that they don’t miss out on any winners. Additionally, there’s been a huge increase in the discussion of bets during football matches, not just before them,” Jain said. “My new app allows me to deliver tips direct to the user’s phone pre-match and crucially, in-play—a market that has exploded in recent years in this industry.”

Jain said the app is “simple, easy to use,” and gives his followers “another channel” to engage with him.

The app has been developed by Hello Tipsters and is available to iOS users via Apple’s App Store and to Android users via MrFixitsTips.co.uk.
