Curacao, Netherlands Antilles, – Industry veteran Clive Archer announced today that he has left his dual position as Director and Consultant to the Equity Poker Network(“EPN”)and as consultant to its flagship brand FullFlushPoker.com (“FFP”).
In Archer’s absence, a new group of gaming investors has acquired the business and has taken immediate control whilst corporate changes are completed over time. More details of this will be forthcoming in the next couple of months. The existing management team will remain in place and the group’s representative has taken over the reins while the new owners finalize the team.
Archer’s recent bad health has been the reason for him stepping away from the business. Archer was initially brought in by the Network owners, as per most of his career, as the hired gun to get both EPN and FFP off the ground and operating efficiently,
The operational management will continue to draw on the combined skill set of the entire EPN team, who bring a wealth of industry experience and professionalism to the table; they will therefore continue to drive the business forward towards further success and growth for the Network and FFP.
“I have had little involvement in the past six months following my health problem. With my inability to be fully involved it has not been a perfect situation for the business and I fortunately have had friends who have helped out. I am very pleased that the new investors have recognized the potential of the business and stepped in. I am even more pleased that they will continue to use the existing management team who have built and operated this business. I will still watch with keen interest from afar,” said Archer.
Archer will now concentrate on consulting activities on a part-time basis, so he can fully recover and have some spare time for his family and first grandchild.
