The Linkdex Think Tank Series, with 90 Digital: iGaming Strategy & Search Conference is a little over a week from opening its doors and to help drive up the buzz leading up to the event, CalvinAyre.com caught up with the man who essentially set the whole thing up, 90 Digital CEO Nick Garner.
Garner’s been involved in iGaming for eight years now and in that time, he’s become quite an authority in the industry, specifically when it comes to online marketing. It figures that as the man behind 90 Digital, Garner knows the pulse of the iGaming industry, down to its smallest nuances. So there’s not a lot of people better suited to produce an event like this and with the help of Linkdex, Garner is poised to welcome some of the biggest names in the industry to the event, which is scheduled to take place at the Dominion Theater, Tottenham Court RD, London on January 30, 2014.
The whole-day event is packed with one industry expert after another discussing a wide range of topics, covering three main sections that Garner enumerates as strategy, content, and search. One of the speakers at the event, and someone Garner is looking forward to hearing from, is CalvinAyre.com’s very own Rebecca Liggero, who herself knows the industry like the back of her hand. We can attest to that.
In addition to Becky, other names that will have the spotlight shone on them include Jono Alderson – Head of Insight, Linkdex; Ewa Bakun – Head of Content – Gaming, Clarion Events; Chris Harrison – Egaming Industry Manager, Google; Danny Ashton – Founder, Neomam; Kirsty Hulse – Senior Digital Search Manager, LBi; Marcus Taylor – Founder, Venture Harbour; Brian Dean – Founder, Backlinko.com; Sarah Ramanauskas – Lead Partner, HPI Research; Paul Reilly – CEO, MediaSkunkWorks; Steve Lock – Product Manager, Linkdex ; and Paul Hill – Sales Director, Stickyeyes, among others.
Merely looking at the names that will be in attendance and it’s already evident that the Linkdex Think Tank Series, with 90 Digital: iGaming Strategy & Search conference will be a big ball of success. Garner was very clear about what he expects to see at the conference and with the way it’s set up (“no corporate blah blah blah” and “be politically INcorrect/say it like it is”), it promises to go a long way in fulfilling his goal of cultivating an environment where iGaming marketing has the kind of information sharing that will be beneficial for everyone involved in the industry.
