Manila – based Digitally Distinctive, who offered highly successful SEO and online marketing to Party Poker before their merger with BWin, have recently been acquired by Bodog Asia for an undisclosed sum.
Torbjorn Wallin, Bodog Asia’s Digital Marketing Director, commented: “Having seen what these guys did for SEO when I was at BWin I was very keen to use their services again and, equally, keen that competitors did not. The natural solution therefore was to buy the company!”
Jose Warren Sola CEO of Digitally Distinctive, added: “Bodog Asia have created a huge amount of buzz since moving their HQ to Manila and, of course, we wanted to be a part of that and now we’re part of the family. I kept hearing that Bodog Asia have a very clear vision of what they are trying to achieve in Asia and that their decision making process is fast and efficient – I can certainly confirm this to be true now.”
Torbjorn added: “This added resource can hit the ground running and know the market too so I look forward to seeing tangible growth very quickly from this acquisition.”
