Swiss casinos win as courts rule poker is luck not skill

Traditionally, the Swiss have always had a reputation for steering clear of controversy. That’s how they got so rich, wasn’t it, keeping out of the war whilst hoarding Nazi gold? Well, it seems that they have changed their ways, after wading into the debate about whether or not poker is a game of skill or chance. Unfortunately, the courts have somehow concluded that it is the latter, which means high stakes poker tournaments will remain banned outside of casinos, whose own gold supplies must have diminished considerably in order to land that ludicrous verdict.
