This town ain’t big enough for the three of us — the town being Las Vegas, and ‘us’ being the World Series of Poker, World Poker Tour and PokerStars’ fledgling North American Poker Tour. It’s the latter that’s rumored to be getting the boot, only it’s not a question of ‘last in, first out’ driving the expulsion, but the endemic American phobia of having an international online gaming site acting as chief sponsor.
