Daniel Tzvetkoff’s bail revoked by District Court judge

Former payment processing executive Daniel Tzvetkoff thought he’d dodged a major bullet when a Las Vegas judge granted him bail while he awaits trial on charges of fraud and money laundering, but a District Court judge in New York (where his trial will be held) agreed with prosecutors that Tzvetkoff is a serious flight risk and reversed the Las Vegas court’s decision. With the trial not expected to take place for two years or so, it doesn’t look like Tzvetkoff will be exchanging his prison stripes for pinstripes anytime soon. Read more.
