Interesting little case currently being argued at the Indiana Supreme Court. The issue at stake is whether casinos have the right to eject patrons from the premises for card counting. The casinos claim they have the right to bar anyone for any ‘good’ reason they can come up with, whereas the card counting plaintiff claims he’s merely utilizing his God-given skills to play a supposedly skill-based game. Damn, next thing you know, casinos will have separate drinking fountains labeled “Skilled” and “Unskilled”. Read more.
