The Filipino government is cracking down on what they have classified as an illegal gambling game called Last Two. The game piggybacks off the state lottery, using the last two drawn numbers. Interestingly enough, while PAGCOR, controls the monopoly of gambling in the Philippines, it does not have any control over foreign online gambling.
As such, PAGCOR constantly has to update and improve the quality of their games to compete. Hmm. So competition is good. Funny that. Don’t think PAGCOR’s laughing. Read more.
