International Gaming Awards 2011It has emerged that the organizers of the successful International Gaming and Women in Gaming Awards, Clever Duck Media Ltd., may well be up for sale.

A source with knowledge of the negotiations has confirmed to CalvinAyre.com that an offer worth around £1.3million is being considered, thought to be from a major gaming conference organizer.

The International Gaming Awards themselves only took place last month at the centre of the iGaming industry, London, a number of reputable attendees, including Calvin Ayre, in attendance.

The iGaming industry is awash with takeovers right now and it shouldn’t be a surprise that those in the awards ceremony sector are also being approached with takeover bids.

For latest on the negotiations be sure to check back in the near future, as we will break any news when we have it.
