Malta-making-bank-on-iGaming businessSince legalizing online gambling, the island nation has attracted more than 250 high tech development and gaming companies, and generated untold millions for the national government. The nation also benefits from being a member of the European Union, a fact that allows these Maltese companies to peddle their wares throughout the old continent where online gambling is allowed.

Malta, like Britain, France and Italy, has opened its iGaming market up to all who would enter, a feat which has “catapulted the island’s economy into the 21st Century,” according to Online-Casino.com.

When asked to comment on those who would describe the country’s success as short-lived or a fluke, the Maltese people were heard to exclaim “haters gonna hate” as they sipped champagne from a golden chalice.
