iGame Ltd has announced that it will be appointing former Entraction chief operating officer Tobias Fagerlund as its new chief executive following its acquisition last year of Entraction’s Casagaming operations for €4.5m (£3.85m). Fagerlund will start his new role as CEO of the Malta-based business in January 2011 and will be replacing Jani Tekoniemi, though, Tekoniemi is expected to remain with iGame as the company chairman.

Last year, iGame Ltd acquired Entraction’s Casagaming Ltd’s assets, domains, customer registry and brands. As a consequence of this agreement Casablanca Gaming Group AB was shut down. Entraction was then able to focus on its supplier operations. Recent acquisitions by iGame include the addition of Dailypoker.com to its portfolio.

iGame serves around 650,000 clients globally and offers various gaming products to sites including 24hpoker.com, Bingohuone.com, 24hourBingo.com, 24hCasino.com and Casinohuone.com among others.
