As if to bolster claims made at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Asia that the Asian gaming sector will soon overtake the west, reports out of Nevada show that the state’s casinos are back on a downward trend after posting gains the previous two months. Nevada Gaming Control Board’s Frank Streshley points out that April is traditionally a soft month, but admits that this April was ‘softer than expected.’ Too soft, huh?
