Poker accepted as ‘mind sport’ by international body

It’s official – poker has been recognized by the International Mind Sports Association alongside such notable ‘brain over brawn’ pursuits as chess and bridge. While we’re still not sold on the idea of seeing poker as an Olympic sport, the recognition does lend weight to our oft-stated argument that the game has far more to do with skill than luck.
