Everest Poker parent company sues to break WSOP deal

JusticeUltra Internet Media S.A. (UIM), the parent company of Everest Poker, is suing the Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. subsidiary that owns the World Series of Poker. UIM, which has a multi-year sponsorship contract with the WSOP, claims that Harrah’s breached the terms of the deal when a French TV station rebroadcast EPSN’s coverage of the event but replaced Everest’s logo with the logo of Full Tilt Poker.
