Wynn Resorts has reached a settlement with the Nevada Gaming Control Board to resolve the latter’s probe on the sexual misconduct allegations involving former Wynn Resorts CEO Steve Wynn. The settlement deal provides that the Wynn will have to pay a yet undetermined fine and that Wynn Resorts’ license is no longer under threat. Wynn Resorts will still have to wait to pop the champagnes though as the investigation on Wynn’s alleged sexual proclivities is not done yet in Massachusetts, where the license of the company’s $2.5b Encore Boston Harbor casino is on the line.
