The Parañaque Regional Trial Court in Metro Manila also ordered the arrest of TRLEI President Takahiro Usui for his involvement in disbursing $3.1m to Okada. In his statement, the embattled Okada said that no fraud was committed and the charges were intended to discredit his work in establishing Okada Manila.
