The Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) reported that it reached the $1b mark for its casino gaming revenue in May, thanks to table gains from baccarat and sports betting in basketball and baseball. |

Nevada wants to forget what happened in April. |
|||||
The NGCB said that statewide casino gaming revenue reached $1.04b, a 5.3% increase from the same month last year and a rebound from April 2018’s $953.7m. Table gains were driven by baccarat, which shot up nearly one-fifth to $120.8m. On the other hand, state’s licensed sportsbooks netted just under $20.5m, composed mainly by betting revenues from baseball at $10.8m and basketball at $9.3m. |
