Latin America is expected to be one of the major areas that experiences growth in the iGaming sector over the coming few years meaning a conference is a must for the region in order to showcase what the area has to offer to prospective investors. The Latin American Gaming Exhibition 2011 takes place in the Central American powerhouse of Mexico.
2011 will mark the fourth year of the Latin American Gaming Exhibition, that began back in Monterrey and will this year be taking place in the capital city Mexico City. This year’s event takes on the tagline “Aumente Su Apuesta” or “Raise Your Stake” and will be over the two days of the 4th and 5th May next year.
CalvinAyre.com will of course be covering the event in its entirety on the tablog. In addition to conference coverage we’ll report who had the most tequilas and if anyone got to the worm in the bottle.
Centro Banamex, in the north east of the City, is the venue for the event and it’s within easy reach of the airport (35km), the hotels and main entertainment district only minutes away. The multi-functional building offers thousands of square feet of floor space on which the exhibitors can set up and woo the attendees with what they have to offer.
The exhibition itself is between the hours of 12:00 and 19:00 on both of the two days and if the past few years are anything to go by then we’re in for a treat. Exhibitors in the past have included Ortiz Gaming, Eibe Games, Aristocrat, Bally Technologies, International Gaming Technology (IGT), and the event is in conjunction with Casinos de Latinoamérica.
The fact that these companies have gotten involved in the past should be reason enough to attend as they’re among the leading companies to already be operating in the Latin American market. This will mean the knowledge they impart could be of utmost importance to your company if you’re attempting to enter the market.
So if two days living up in Mexico with the crème de la crème of Latin America’s gaming experts with some beer and tequila thrown in sounds like your thing, then get yourself over to Mexico City next May for the 2011 Latin American Gaming Exhibition.
