For so long vehemently opposed to the prospect of legalising and regulating online gambling, the Silver State appears to have decided that if you can’t beat them join them. And Representative Dina Titus did just that last month, becoming the 67th co-sponsor of Barney Frank’s H.H. 2267 bill. With Harrah’s Entertainment Inc, also jumping on board, Gaming Analyst Steve Schwartz has concluded: “Nevada casinos may finally be realizing that they would benefit greatly from the regulation of online gambling in the US.” Read more.
