So we know that Full Tilt Poker and owners Pocket Kings are mired in the brown stuff but how bad is the situation? Can Kentucky seriously run about suing poker operators for monies lost by players (and their relatives!) at poker? At least the players had a say in where their cash was going. If Kentucky is going to set that precedent, I suggest the players sue the State while they’re at it, for playing financial roulette with their taxes.
