Malta, 15 January 2021 – White Hat Gaming strengthens its senior leadership team with Rob Fell and Andy Whitworth joining as senior executives.
White Hat Gaming today announced the appointment of Rob Fell as Chief Operating Officer and Andy Whitworth as Chief Commercial Officer to their senior executive team. The expansion of the senior management team reflects White Hat’s transformative growth into one of the world’s leading online gaming platforms and Player Account Management (PAM) solutions.
Fell and Whitworth will reprise their same C-level roles most recently held at NetEnt. The duo have worked together for the last five years, establishing an envious track record, first at GVC (now Entain) and then at NetEnt where they transformed the company’s fortunes through implementation of strategic growth initiatives and product innovation. They were instrumental in NetEnt’s acquisition of Red Tiger and NetEnt’s subsequent sale to Evolution. They bring a combined wealth of industry experience that is unrivaled, and between them they have worked for some of the most well-known companies in the Gaming industry including SG Gaming, Paddy Power and Tattersalls.
The Board of Directors decided to bolster the senior management team after the company significantly expanded business interests in 2020 to include the United States, where White Hat’s PAM now powers the Penn/Barstool product online. The Board commented: “Their breadth of experience, combined with leadership qualities and a shared vision, give us complete confidence that appointing Rob Fell and Andy Whitworth will elevate the company to the next phase of our exciting journey.”
Andy Whitworth commented “We have a clear goal of delivering gaming perfection to our partners and customers, and our goal as always will be the best and biggest disruptor. I am particularly excited to work with our established key partners in the U.S. and EU to leverage the many available opportunities.” Rob Fell added “White Hat Gaming is already highly successful. We believe by implementing best practices and delivering innovative products we can rapidly grow White Hat Gaming further“.
