Asia Gaming Summit Explores Opportunities for Land-Based and Online Gaming Sectors

The first gaming industry event held after the Kinmen ReferendumOnly one month left before the Kinmen Referendum held on October 28. An increasing number of speakers and delegates have confirmed to join the first ever Asia Gaming Summit (AGS) to get first-hand intelligence on how Taiwan’s latest development will shake the gaming industry.
Asia Gaming Summit held at W Taipei in Taiwan, on 8 – 10 November 2017 will be the first gaming industry event held after the referendum. The ground-breaking summit will provide a unique opportunity to explore challenges and opportunities in both the Asian land-based and online gaming industry.

Sessions on day one would focus on the online gaming strategies, panels on day two will explore winning marketing and innovation strategies, and day three will focus on land-based gaming in the APAC region.

Regardless of the Kinmen Referendum’s outcome, panels on day three will discuss the subject in depth and give insight into the future of Asian gaming. The opportunities in the APAC region including Japan, Philippines, and Cambodia will also be explored in depth. Land-based operators can also grasp the opportunity and risk inherent in moving a gaming company from land based operations into the iGaming sphere on day two.

Many online gaming operators are looking at Taiwan as an alternative for their Asia operations, and some of them are already setting up on this strategic island. As a comprehensive summit designed for different sectors of the gaming industry, Asia Gaming Summit will be unravelling the right tools to a successful online gaming industry on day one, 8 November. Asia iGaming Expert, Calvin Shueh, will share some of his nearly decade long experience on how to run and develop i-gaming strategies and operations in Asia, specifically in Taiwan. Hear about practical cases and understand how Taiwan is the first step to something bigger. Dov Allin from Marketing Across Media Asia will also share his experience as an affiliate. Frank Schuengel from Cryptocurrency Operator will be speaking on the future of Blockchain technology and Cryptocurrencies.

The focus of day two will be shifted to winning marketing and innovation strategies to provide a seamless omnichannel customer experience. The highlight on day two would be the global phenomenon of eSports. John Lee from ESL Gaming, Spencer Yang from Unikrn and Hai Ng from Neomancer LLC & Spawn Point Pte Ltd will be presenting on the topics. Other exciting topics include lottery, innovation in sports betting, big data and the latest gaming technology.
